Terms of service.

1. Purpose of the App

AirVeto.com is an informational tool for visualizing wind patterns, airflow, and aircraft activity. The App is designed to raise awareness about cross-border air movements and environmental conditions.

It is not intended for operational, safety-critical, aviation, military, surveillance, or law-enforcement use. The App does not provide aviation navigation services and should not be used for flight planning or airspace management.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

The App:

• Uses automated processes and third-party weather models (Open-Meteo)
• May contain inaccuracies, delays, or incomplete data
• Displays wind data at various altitudes for informational purposes only — this does not constitute authorization or encouragement to operate aircraft or drones at any altitude
• Is provided for informational and awareness purposes only

Users must not rely on the App for real-world decisions, including but not limited to aviation, drone operations, or safety-critical planning. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable airspace regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App or create an account. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using Google sign-in. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Each person may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Free and Paid Features

The App offers free and paid tiers (Pro, Companies). Free features include live wind visualization and aircraft tracking. Paid features, such as multi-day forecasts and custom API connectors, require an active subscription. We reserve the right to change which features are included in each tier at any time.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Companies subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.

7. Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or feature changes. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To discuss a refund request, please email us at hello@airveto.com or use the contact page.

8. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, availability, uninterrupted access, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This applies to both free and Pro features. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of AirVeto.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from use or reliance on the App or its data
• Decisions made based on displayed information
• Service interruptions, data loss, or downtime
• Actions or inactions of third-party service providers
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the App or a paid subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the most recent billing cycle, or ten euros (€10), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of AirVeto.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with its operation
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid access or account credentials
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Misrepresent the App or its data as official or authoritative
• Use Custom API connectors to load illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Use the App to facilitate unauthorized surveillance or tracking of individuals

12. Intellectual Property

All original content, code, and design elements are owned by the creator unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Pro features for personal use only.

13. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

The App relies on third-party data sources and services, including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Open-Meteo (weather data), OpenFreeMap (map tiles), and various aviation, maritime, satellite, and geospatial data providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Wind and weather data is sourced from publicly available meteorological models and may not reflect real-time conditions. Aircraft, vessel, and satellite position data is sourced from public feeds (ADS-B, AIS, TLE) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

14. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to server failures, network issues, natural disasters, or actions by third-party providers. We are not liable for any such interruptions.

15. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We may also discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
